Zearalenone (Mycotoxin F2, Toxin F2, RAL)，又稱玉米烯酮、玉米赤霉烯酮或F-2 毒素，是一種非甾體雌激素真菌毒素，通過結(jié)合雌激素受體(ER)發(fā)揮作用，主要有食物和飼料中的Fusarium產(chǎn)生，是動(dòng)物和人類食物谷物中常見的污染物。

冰袋運(yùn)輸。粉末直接保存于-20℃，有效期3年。建議分裝后-20℃干燥保存，避免反復(fù)凍融。

（一）細(xì)胞實(shí)驗(yàn)（體外實(shí)驗(yàn)）

Zearalenone通過雌激素受體破壞基因組穩(wěn)定性并抑制豬顆粒細(xì)胞的生長(zhǎng)，當(dāng)DNA修復(fù)系統(tǒng)不足以挽救這種嚴(yán)重?fù)p傷時(shí)，雌激素受體可能促進(jìn)顆粒細(xì)胞凋亡。^[2] 在HCT116細(xì)胞中，低濃度的Zearalenone促進(jìn)細(xì)胞增殖和集落形成，加快細(xì)胞遷移，具有致癌作用。^[3] 

（二）動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)（體內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)）

在去卵巢的ICR小鼠模型中，皮下注射Zearalenone (≥2 mg/kg)顯著增加子宮濕重。^[4]
