ST3GAL4 gene expression is altered in different cancer types, including cervical cancer. Several mRNA transcripts have been reported for this gene. ST3GAL4 encodes for βgalactosidase α2,3sialyltransferase 4, involved in the biosynthesis of the tumour antigens sLe(x) and sulfosLe(x).

Source	Recombinant Human ST3GAL4 Protein is expressed from HEK293 cells with His tag at the C-terminal and HA at the N-terminal. It contains Glu41-Phe333.
Molecular Weight	The protein has a predicted MW of 35.4 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 48-53 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Purity	> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Endotoxin	<1.0 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.
Formulation	Supplied as 0.22μm filtered solution in 20mM Tris, 500mM NaCl (pH 7.5).
